Our Services

Group Classes and Individual Classes
Clinical Pilates Classes at Aim’s Physio are conducted in a fully equipped studio with small class sizes to ensure personalized attention. Each class is tailored to suit your individual goals, injuries, and rehabilitation needs. You’ll be guided to perform exercises safely and effectively, allowing you to work at your own pace while building strength, flexibility, and balance.
Decongestive Lymphoedema Therapy
Decongestive Lymphoedema Therapy (DLT) is a specialized treatment designed to reduce swelling caused by lymph fluid buildup. It combines manual lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging, skincare, and exercise to improve lymph flow, reduce discomfort, and restore mobility.

Breast Cancer Physio
Breast Cancer Physiotherapy is a specialized therapy that helps manage and treat common post-treatment conditions such as cording (axillary web syndrome), radiation fibrosis, lymphoedema, shoulder pain, swelling, scar tissue, and fatigue. Through targeted exercises, manual therapy, scar management techniques and low level laser therapy, it aims to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support recovery for breast cancer survivors.
