About the Clinic
We offer private treatment sessions, 1:1 sessions or group exercsie/ pilates classes. Classes are aimed at preventing injuries, recovering from injury or improving daily activities.
A Big part of Aims Physio is treating Breast Cancer patients. There is so much that we as Physios can do to treat and educate ladies from the side effects of breast cancer treatments.

Small Group Classes run daily. Exercises are tailored to suit individual's needs, injuries or goals. HealthFund rebates apply. Care plans and Workcover accepted.

About Us

Amy is the Principle Physio at the Clinic and is very passionate about looking after her patients. With 20 years of treating pilates rehab, Amy has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.
Amy treats a wide variety of injuries and pathologies in the clinic but does have a special interest in pelvic and lower back pain after her own injury many years ago.
She uses Exercise to gain mobility and strength back in clients, to help improve their daily activities and interests.
Amy also has a big passion in treating and educating Breast Cancer women. She wants to educate Woman that 'yes', pain is normal but living with the pain is NOT normal. Helping them to take back control of their lives.
When Amy is not the clinic treating clients. She is running around after 3 young boys. Or you may catch her running around the streets or the local trails.

Unfortunately i do not have HICAPS. But i will issue you with a receipt to claim direct from your Healthfund.
No referral is needed.
Yes i do accept care plans. You need to bring it with you on the day along with your medicare card.
